vBSEO / REWRITE / HTACCESS... A TUTORIAL PLEASE!

hello,

I'm trying to config vBSEO in X-TRAD.ORG and ... i fail.
You can make a little tutorial with this 3 setups?

1. what are we need to do in vBCMS to work with vBSEO?
2. which rewrites we write in config of vBSEO?
3. we need make anything in .htaccess? What?

Please use this example...
