total posts/threads

What are the vbphrases for total number of posts and total number of threads (site wise)? I wish to post them in the navbar section. Thank you

Thank you. Here is something strange now, when viewing any other page but home page, the results for each show up blank.

Like this:

Members:
Threads:
Posts: 12

I have this as you gave me:

$vbphrase[members]: $numbermembers
$vbphrase[threads]: $totalthreads
$vbphrase[posts]: $totalposts

Why is it happening that way?
