Are very cool!

What program(s) were used to create them? I'm looking to for similar avatars for my staff on my own site. I love the animated .gifs, but I know nothing about creating them. I'm familiar w/ photoshop, just have never done any fancy animated graphic work.

Any advice or pointers for a beginner here?

Photoshop and Image Ready you can use for this. I think you find much tutorials for the animation effect like our avatars.

I got a question...can i get the custom avatars too? I bought the cyborg dark template but didn't get any avatars.
