post to forum will not work with skin on

Hi
I have install the cyborg_green_vblletin_style_3.6.9

When I use the style nobody can post to the forums.

Error message
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

I upgraded the forums to 3.7.0 before I installed the skin
Is the problem with the skin only being 3.6.9?
I can post with my old skin on
