nxt problem edit the content of the navi module

i cant find the page to edit the content of the navigation module anymore
how can i edit the content of the navigation module and where can i find the page to do so

And in the frontend you can use the contentadministration to add ne sides.

some how i can not find the links i added in the navi module anymore
not in the content administration
and not in the admin pannel

is there another way to edit the links ?
are they stored in the database ?
