New Red Skin
I have two questions,how do I change the buttons to english...?I have the file but I am not sure what to do with it.

Also how can I change the logo in the top left hand corner,I just want to put my domain name there...?

You can chance this in the /Photoshop/global.psd.

I am trying to change the buttons to English ones,I bought this skin because I love it and its what I have been looking for but I can not use it on my site if all the buttons are not in English.

Did you look into the archive? You should find the 'English Buttons' folder.
