new module added it dont show in the right place

i added a new module for adsense in the center
but now it shows at the bottom of the forum

how can i place it on top of the forum ?
or where can i edit these settings so it shows at the top/center

AdminCP ==> vBCMS Administration ==> Forum Settings

Position of the forums? ==> your new adsense modul

Above or underneath the module? ==> Underneth the specified module

next problem
the umfrage modul does not show
i did enable it again after disable it for a week
how can i enable it so it shows again
are ther more things to do?
are there limits on the ammount ?
