Navigation Bar Problem Cyborg Red

We couldn't able to see navigation bar's which been shown in default vBulletin style is their any option to show those in left side on the header like "Notifications","Settings" etc.,Screen shot attached for default vBulletin Style.One more things if i create new thread and set "center" alignment it still shows me left alignment alone for the first post on the thread.Rest reply posts are shows centered if we try to set it.

ya you can check it board url: ::. TamilThunder.Com .:: :|:Tamil|Hindi|Telugu|Malayalam:|: & 1more thing template not loading properly in redirector.php and for many mod's installed.
