navbar project tools link with vbcms

how can i show link to project tools in navbar using vbcms?
I try globalize project and don't work, I try add link to project.php in the admin field to this and don't work...

The link in navbar appears to root ...
The right is:
x-trad.org/forums/project.php

With template_hook the link shows
x-trad.org/project.php

How can I fix this?

comment template_hook
create a direct link in navbar
