modul is no longer on top of the page

i have a forum support ads for adsense on my forum and i placed it on top of the forum
but now i must have done something with the settings because its on the bottom of the page

how can i restore that and get the module on top again
like this : Gbox Forum
not like this: Cccam Forum

some where there are very unstable things in the new vB or in the new portal for Vb3.7

it could also be that there are mouse in my hosting server and that they play with the forum and portal

or maybe there are magicians who put a spel on my forum

but the fact is that the module for adsense is at the bottom of the page
i already try'ed a big hammer to slam it in its place again but it bounced back again

if there is no solution for this i think i must find another way to get the adsense banner on top of the page again

so please support before i delete the portal and the vB3.7

Go in your modul-administration and set the position of the module to 1 (first).

thats why i ask for support here because i cant fidn it in the settings
there was a moment that it was on top but then it disapeared again to the bottom

it seems to me that either the vB or the portal is unstable
so please support needed

i did choose to go for a portal and pay for it and hope'd that there was good support
but i see now that the support is not 100% so maybe i should go the the free and widely supported portal vBadvanced Forums - Powered by vBulletin
can i get a refund for the payment i have made since i do not want to use youre portal any longer if no suport is given ??

if you improve youre support then i will keep on using it but in this way its no use
no support no problem solving
no problem solving no good forum
no good forum users will go away
no users no need for a forum
no need for a forum cost made for nothing

so please advise in this matter

Forum support ads is not a vBCMS module or?

this is a normal module added in the admin panel
i see where you are going m8 but thats not the case
the module work 110% on my other forum wich is vB 3.6.xx http://www.gboxforum.com/gb
i added the same procedure on vB 3.7.xx and it dont work on top but it go's at the bottom
some times its on top and 99.99% its at the bottom

if you want i will sent you admin permissions for ftp forum sql etc etc etc etc
problem still stays the same

sorry to say so but who made this software ?
i just stmbled on a setting in the admin pannel from the portal on the 3.6.xx vB
and i can not believe that i did not get that answer here
when this setting is wrong then you can do what ever you want

you should have known that setting that is showen on the picture i uploaded
after setting this one correct the forum support adds are showen at the top of the forum again
