incorrect theme

hello there,
I dont know if i made a mistake or the system is playing tricks on me but yesterday I ordered a theme called cyborg darkblue and after the purchase I sent an email from (contact us) asking about the darkblue theme.. when it got activated today I downloaded the theme but it shows the white theme.. what can I do?

I have upgrade the file ... ;-)
