How do i add advertisements in the Left Navigation Bar

iam using vbulletin 3.8.1 But as far as concerned vbCMS is only for vbulletin 3.6.x and 3.7.x

Any other way to do this?

vBCMS 2.1.6 is for the vb 3.8.1 or 3.8.2 you can use that.

I have mentioned 3 changes that i need. Plz do help

1. My Banner is not fully displayed. Some part of my banner is not visible. how to change that.

2. In the Search Box its in Dutch language. Need to change it to English.

I need the word Search.... instead of Suchbegriffe eingeben

3. I need the Navigational Bar to decrease to 100px. How can i change that?

1. Can i see a live demo.
2. Search this in the navbar template and replace it.
3. You can do this in the header template, install firebug for firefox browser then you can debug this.
