Is this footer correct or is it broken ?

I am running vbulletin 3.8.4. I just downloaded and installed the cyborg red theme( 3.8.2 zip) but the footer looks a bit broken to me. Kindly check if it is correct and the way it should be.

You need the second links on the right an left side

i do not understand. Do i need to change anything or is it okay the way it is ?

And i have another query. How do i get the name of my site and my slogan in the header. I do not see any psds for the header by which i can change the text.

right and left links in the foote must be the same chars.

yups I figured it out and was able to do the headers as well but there is a new problem that im facing now that i have started a thread about

Please sort this one out as it is affecting the homepage of my site. I am using vba but this problem is only occuring in the cyborg themes and not in the other theme that i have.
