Cyborg and Cyborg-Dark Templates-XML?

Hello Christian and Team,

My compliments for the great Styles that you have produced for the wBB.

Aber, ich habe eine frage -

In ALL the new Templates that are included in both Cyborg and Cyborg-Dark Styles have a small entry missing...

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="{$lang->items['LANG_GLOBAL_ENCODING']}"?>

This is only a Quirks thing for Internet Explorer 6+ which is not really important but if you have other Addons on your Board, that have been written for the wbb2.3+ then problems start to appear.

If you include the entry above to say for example the "index.tpl", you will see the problem that is accuring.

Meine frage ist ob der verleich eine "Workaround" gibt diese fehler zu unterdrüken bei eure Style Templates?

Ja das hatten wir rausgenommen, bis wir eine bessere Lösung gefunden haben weil es Probleme mit unserem Code in diesem Zusammenhang gegeben hat. Wir bleiben aber dran um eine bessere Lösung zu finden.

Im moment kann ich meine beiden Styles nicht nutzen weil ich nicht nur das Forum in einsatz haben.!?

Ne noch nicht, wir könnten den Style auch auf die schnelle mit <table> Lay Out machen, da das dann im Quicks Mode bei Internet-Explorer und Opera funktioniert, dass das aber nicht im Sinne des Erfinders ist sollte klar sein.

Du könntest dir vorübergehend den Code von einem Teststyle abgucken:

Schau mal beim Woltlab Forum in den Quelltext, was fällt dir bzgl. der XML Deklaration auf?

Christian, wenn meine beiden Styles bei eine wBB Seite funktionieren würde, dann hab ich was güt gekauft.
Wenn eine lösung beim Tables gibt, bitte.

Die Lösung ist ja nun schon mehrfach beschrieben worden, nimm die <?xml> Deklaration raus und gut ist.

Christian, if you do not understand what I am saying, please say so.

The Styles that I have purchased from vbdesigns will only work when the XML entry is taken out of ALL the Templates that are currently installed.
I know because I was the one who started this!

And what am I suppost to do with this?
